Most operators focus on either fixing businesses or building new ones - I do both, depending on where the business needs me to enter.  I’m a hands‑on operator with 25+ years of experience leading and scaling businesses across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and digital commerce.  

Owners and executives bring me in at critical moments - when growth outpaces systems, operations slip, or a new proven business line needs infrastructure built around it.

I embed with their teams to restore clarity and execution.  I’ve led P&Ls from startup to $30M+, materially improved cash flow and profitability, and built new revenue engines from scratch.  

I’m based in the greater Charleston, SC area and hold a degree in Economics and International Business from Penn State.

25+ years in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics. 20-year parallel track in eCommerce and online retail - from building one of the first online LTL quoting systems to scaling multi-channel operations across Amazon, eBay, Walmart, D2C, and wholesale.

I'm most effective where physical product, supply chain, and sales channels must align - particularly businesses transitioning from traditional models to digitally enabled operations.
