Owners and executives bring me in at critical moments - when growth outpaces systems, operations slip, or a new business line needs to be built - and I embed with their teams to restore clarity and execution.  I’ve led P&Ls from startup to $30M+, materially improved cash flow and profitability, and built new revenue engines from scratch.  


I’m based in the greater Charleston, SC area and hold a degree in Economics and International Business from Penn State.

I operate at the intersection of legacy industries and modern digital execution, with over 25 years in manufacturing, distribution, and logistics alongside a 20‑year parallel track in eCommerce and online retail. 


My experience spans building early‑stage transactional platforms (including one of the first online LTL quoting systems) to scaling multi‑channel sales across marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, and Walmart - as well as direct‑to‑consumer and wholesale distribution. 


I’m most effective in businesses where physical product, supply chain, and sales channels must align - particularly those transitioning from traditional models to more integrated, digitally enabled operations.  This includes implementing ERP and CRM systems, building eCommerce infrastructure, restructuring channels, and creating visibility across inventory, pricing, and demand.  These are often legacy or infrastructure‑driven industries that don’t need reinvention - they need modernization, alignment, and the ability to scale without losing control.
